    A Concept With A Conscience Rebranding & repositioning with a clarified USP

    In a heating up landscape, where sustainability is the word on every marketeer’s lips, the challenge with eco-friendly ecommerce aggregator, Rooted Objects (RO), lay in uncovering a differentiated USP.

    Ascertained through a questionnaire, our decisions are dictated by rigorous logic and what a brand wants to express at heart. Over a three-month project, RO’s new positioning as a sustainable concept store — versus a mass aggregator — was envisioned and developed. Amidst stiff competition for customer/vendor acquisition and loyalty, the team was steered to establish brand RO as a discerning curator with a confident voice and taste-level, offering much-needed freshness to the domestic landscape, both in approach and standard.

    The link between vision and execution, our strategic blueprints assess the market, competitive landscape and a brand’s value proposition to arrive at a unique positioning. Analysing the ‘what’ and ‘why’ is followed by the ‘how’ i.e. a decisive action plan.
